w32 opaserv
W32 opaserv is old and not very widespread virus. It works only in Win 95/98/Me environments and propagates itself using an exploit in shared folders management. However, if you've been infected, the w32 opaserv removal might be tricky. You have to perform Windows updates on every computer with shared folders to keep yours from future infections.
The other problem is that you have to delete it while being disconnected from the Net, so if you spoil something there'll be no quick "what shall I do" help. So read everything first, clear all your shared folders and follow the instructions!
