DownloadWare
DownloadWare is a process that runs on Windows startup. If a network connection is available DownloadWare will connect to its DownloadWare servers, which can direct it to download and install DownloadWare software from advertisers.
DownloadWare may be installed through an ActiveX control called ActiveInstall, which decodes and runs a built-in executable and then (tries to) remove itself. This executable can include DownloadWare and other bundled software - often premium-rate dialers from Movie Networks, Movieland, Popcorn.net, Moviepass.tv, MVPNetworks or Real-Tens.
DownloadWare is a module used by various spyware applications to download and install additional components. The application commonly installs as a bundled component with several freeware utilities and may often be associated with general system slowdown. DownloadWare is developed and widely distributed by Great Net inc., a known purveyor of adware systems and components.
So, it's pretty safe to say that you need to remove DownloadWare. I suggest you use Spyware Nuker to delete DownloadWare.
